September 17th
Today's lunch: chicken and cornmeal dumplings; pumpkin streusel muffin, homemade train mix, cheese stick; tiny roma tomatoes from our garden, cucumber slices, jicama stix; red, green, and black grapes; whole, raw milk with Muscle Gain.
